Before We Start

I have a deep appreciation for story, your story, and believe every individual's is unique and worthy of being heard. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share and explore your story, including the challenging and painful parts. I hope to come alongside you in discovering insights toward cultivating a more meaningful and fulfilling experience of life and relationships. I work relationally and psychodynamically, with an appreciation for attachment and systems theories.

New Moms

I have a special clinical interest and training in maternal mental health care. The transition into motherhood is no joke - postpartum depression and anxiety affects 1 in 7 women. It can feel incredibly isolating, but truly, you are not alone. If you find yourself experiencing symptoms during pregnancy or after the birth of your baby, or if you or loved ones are concerned about how you are feeling, let your healthcare provider know. Please reach out to let me know if I can help as well. If you’re simply not sure whether your thoughts and feelings are okay or “normal,” reach out and we can determine how to best support you. Even just making the initial phone call or sending an email can provide some initial relief.
